Leads creative fundraising and sponsorship initiatives that help support District 219 conferences, training programs, and member-development opportunities. This position coordinates fundraising activities, builds relationships with potential sponsors, and works with District leadership to achieve approved revenue goals.

The Fun Committee Chair brings energy, creativity, and connection to District 219 events by planning engaging activities, games, and social experiences for the Fall Conference, Spring Conference, Winter Toastmasters Leadership Institute (TLI), and other District events.

The Registration Chair manages the attendee registration experience for District 219 conferences and  major events, from registration launch through on-site check-in and final attendance reporting.

Lead the planning and execution of a District 219 conference, coordinating committees, programming, logistics, volunteers, and the attendee experience to deliver a professional and engaging District event.

The DTM Coordinator serves as an advisor for District members who seek information about becoming Distinguished Toastmasters.

The Club Website Consultant serves as a resource to Toastmasters clubs throughout District 219 by reviewing club websites and recommending improvements to content, functionality, branding, accessibility, and user experience. This role helps ensure club websites effectively support member engagement, promote club activities, and provide accurate information to prospective members.

The Club Retention Chair develops and implements strategies that improve member retention, strengthen existing clubs, and increase long-term club sustainability.

The Club Mentor Coordinator recruits, assigns, and supports Club Mentors to help newly chartered and reinstated clubs establish strong foundations and sustainable growth.

The Club Sponsor Coordinator manages and supports those interested in serving as Club Sponsors involved in chartering new Toastmasters clubs throughout the District.
