- Information you provide — when you use our contact or event-registration forms (name, email, message, and any event details you submit), or express interest in a role.
- Member account information — for district members and leaders: name, email, Toastmasters member ID, club/role, and optional phone, bio, and photo.
- Automatic information — standard server logs, and spam protection provided by Cloudflare Turnstile. We may use privacy-respecting website analytics.
- Cookies: we use only essential cookies for security and basic site function.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiries and route them to the appropriate district officer.
- To manage event registrations and send related confirmations and reminders.
- To send district communications and newsletters you have opted into (you can unsubscribe at any time).
- To operate, secure, and improve the website.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed: with district leaders to respond to you; with Toastmasters International, our parent organization, as required; and with service providers who help us operate the site (hosting, email delivery, spam protection). Your Toastmasters membership information is also governed by the Toastmasters International privacy policy.
Retention and your choices
We keep information as long as needed for district purposes. You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message, and you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting us through our contact form.
Children
This site is intended for adults. Youth (Gavel) programs are administered separately and not through this site.
