Contact Autumn

Hi, I’m Autumn! With nearly 20 years of marketing experience, I’ve learned that great marketing isn’t just about promoting a brand. It’s about people, relationships, authenticity, and telling stories that create meaningful connections. My career has given me experience across brand marketing, social media, digital marketing, communications, community engagement, and employee advocacy.

Today, as an Assistant Vice President and Brand Marketing Specialist at Civista Bank, I help bring our brand to life by connecting our people, purpose, and communities. One of the things I’m most passionate about is employee advocacy. I lead Civista Bank’s #SocialStars employee ambassador program, where I have the privilege of helping employees find their authentic voices on social media and become trusted ambassadors for our brand. I believe employees can be some of an organization’s most powerful storytellers because they know the culture, serve the customers, and experience the brand every day.

But marketing is only part of my story. I’m also passionate about servant leadership. To me, leadership isn’t about a title. It’s about creating opportunities for others, helping people recognize their potential, celebrating their successes, and being willing to keep learning right alongside them. I want the people I lead and serve to grow because of the time we’ve spent together.

That passion for growth extends into my involvement with Toastmasters, where I’ve had opportunities to serve in club, area, and district leadership roles. Toastmasters has strengthened my own voice while giving me the opportunity to help others develop theirs.

I’m a marketer, employee advocacy strategist, servant leader, speaker, author, mentor, and lifelong learner. While the titles and responsibilities have changed throughout my career, the purpose behind my work has remained consistent: Serve people. Develop others. Build relationships. Tell authentic stories. And never stop growing. If you’re passionate about employee advocacy, brand marketing, community banking, social media, servant leadership, or developing people, I’d love to connect and learn from each other.
