The Mighty 12 & Under Discussion Coordinator facilitates discussions and strategic reviews of clubs with 12 or fewer members that may benefit from coaching, mentoring, or targeted support initiatives.
Essential functions
- Schedule monthly and additional discussions among clubs to brainstorm ideas for club improvements.
- Identify discussion guest speakers who can share ideas from their experience.
- Monitor club membership trends.
- Coordinate discussions regarding eligible clubs.
- Work with Area, Division, and District leaders.
- Recommend intervention strategies.
- Track progress and outcomes for supported clubs.
- Identify Club Coaches who can be assigned to qualifying clubs.

Qualifications, training & experience
- Preferably served as a successful Club Coach.
- Active Toastmasters member in good standing.
- Experience in club leadership preferred.
- Familiarity with District Club Growth initiatives.
