The Club Mentor Coordinator recruits, assigns, and supports Club Mentors to help newly chartered and reinstated clubs establish strong foundations and sustainable growth.
Essential functions
- Identify new and reinstated clubs requiring mentors.
- Recruit and assign qualified mentors.
- Monitor mentor-club relationships.
- Meet with mentors and provide resources and support.
- Review monthly progress reports from mentors.
- Track club development progress.
- Report outcomes to Club Growth leadership.

- Understanding of club development processes.
Qualifications, training & experience
- Active Toastmasters member in good standing.
- Prior mentoring experience preferred.
- Previous club officer service desirable.
