The Club Coach supports struggling clubs by providing guidance, training, and leadership development strategies to help the club achieve a healthy, sustainable membership base and operational excellence.
Essential functions
- Assess club strengths and opportunities.
- Assist club officers in developing improvement plans.
- Promote membership growth and retention efforts.
- Encourage achievement of Distinguished Club Program goals.
- Attend club meetings regularly and provide constructive feedback.
- Mentor club leaders in effective club operations.
- Prepare and submit 30-day and quarterly progress reports to the Club Growth Director.

- Knowledge of Toastmasters club operations.

- Ability to motivate volunteers.
Qualifications, training & experience
- Active Toastmasters member in good standing.
- Completion of Club Coach training online.
- Experience serving in club leadership positions preferred.
- Ability to commit to regular club support activities.
Reports to: Club Growth Director or Designee · Term: Fall 2026 through 6/30/27 · Incentive: $50 TM credit and Club Coach Award at Spring Conference
