The Club Coach Coordinator oversees the recruitment, assignment, support, and recognition of Club Coaches throughout the District.
Essential functions
- Identify clubs eligible for coaching support.
- Recruit qualified Club Coaches.
- Match coaches with clubs.
- Monitor coaching progress reports and outcomes.
- Provide resources and ongoing support to current Club Coaches.
- Maintain coaching records and reports.
- Meet collectively and individually with current Club Coaches.
Beneficial knowledge, skills & abilities
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of Club Coach program requirements.
- Volunteer management abilities.
- Effective communication skills.
Qualifications, training & experience
- Preferably served as a successful Club Coach.
- Active Toastmasters member in good standing.
- Prior club leadership experience preferred.
- Experience coordinating volunteers desirable.
